Pharmaceutical prices are to be reduced.

The price of pharmaceuticals will be reduced by between 10-15% in the upcoming week with the appreciation of the rupee against the US dollar, says Minister Keheliya Rambukwella.

He said that the Ministries of Health and Finance have commenced discussions regarding how much the prices of drugs could be reduced.
