GMOA suspends strike action

The Government Medical Officers Association (GMOA) has decided to suspend their countrywide strike action immediately. The decision has been taken after a crucial discussion of the GMOA hierarchy.

The doctors launched a strike from Tuesday alleging political interference in transfers and appointments connected to government medical officers.
