The Court of Appeal suspends summons on Dappula.

The Court of Appeal has suspended the summons issued by the terrorist investigation department, requiring former Attorney General Dappula De Livera to appear before the TID. The court made this order following a petition filed by the lawyers of Dappula de Livera before the Court of Appeal. It was a sequel to the notice issued by the TID that they would act according to the law. if Mr. de Livera failed to appear before the TID.
