Chinese fertilizer ship issue settled?

The Colombo Commercial High Court today allowed the two fertilizer companies to withdraw the case filed against the Chinese fertilizer company as the two companies have settled pending issues with the Chineses partner.

The restraining order issued by the Court suspending payments to the Chinese Company, has also been dissolved subject to conditions.
