Suspended Cricketers recalled from England

Three Sri Lankan Cricketers Danushka Gunatilleke, Kusal Mendis and Niroshan Dickwella, suspended by the Sri Lanka Cricket for allegedly breaching the bio-bubble during the England tour. Sources from Sri Lanka Cricket said the players have been recalled immediately to Sri Lanka.

According to the SLC information before suspended Sri Lankan Cricket launched an investigation to ascertain whether the members of the Sri Lanka cricket team currently touring England has breached the bio-bubble.

A video circulating on social media found several familiar faces were seen roaming the streets of Durham on Sunday night.

“Sri Lankan cricketers are not in England to play cricket but to, enjoy.” some cricket fans commented.

Meanwhile, Sri Lanka cricket has called for a report from the team manager to ascertain the authenticity of the video circulating on social media.
