Professor Neelika Malivige resigns.

Professor Neelika Malivige is the latest among medical specialists to resign from the Collegiate Technical Committee of the Health Ministry. A few days ago, Dr Ananda Wijewickrama and Dr Asoka Gunaratne resigned in disagreement over certain decisions taken by the Health Ministry, contrary to their views. Earlier another medical specialist, Professor A Pathmeswaran, also resigned from the same committee.
