Bus fares to go up by 35%

Bus fares are likely to rise with the fuel price increase affected by the Ceylon Petroleum Corporation. According to informed sources, the fare hike would be by 35percent, and the minimum bus fare would be Rs 27. The price of a Loaf of bread increased by 35rupees. A loaf of bread will cost the consumer Rs35 more from midnight today. According to Bakery Owner Association, all other bakery products would be increased by Rs10. Prima flour price increased The price of one kilogram of Prima flour would cost Rs 40 more from today
