Death of Dinesh Shafter: A panel of experts to conduct the postmortem is to be appointed next week.   Colombo Additional Magistrate Rajindra Jayasuriya informed today that a five-member panel of medical experts is to be appointed next week to perform a fresh postmortem inquiry into the death of businessman Dinesh Shafter in order to ascertain whether the death was a murder or suicide.   The Additional Magistrate informed the court that it had received a list of medical experts provided by the Director General of Health Services and the Chairman of the University Grants Commission in compliance with the previous court order. The Additional Magistrate made these remarks when the magisterial inquiry into the death of businessman Dinesh Schaffter was called before open court today. The Additional Magistrate further stated that the members of the medical expert committee were to be appointed seniority-based in order to ascertain the cause of the deceased's death. Further magisterial inquiry fixed for February 27.
