Mahinda Samarasinghe to Cabinet?

The government is likely to elevate Parliamentarian Mahinda Samarasinghe to Cabinet level to face the challenges posed by the UNHCR.

.Earlier too under President Mahinda Rajapaksa he held a similar portfolio.

The government is also contemplating on appointing  A L M Athaulla as a  Cabinet Ministerin view of the forthcoming Provincial Council Elections
